MCS is seeking motivated candidates to sell Cloud and Premise based technology solutions to commercial businesses in the PA, NJ and DE regions. Exciting product developments in the area of IP/Cloud Solutions have lead to a need for assistance in meeting the high demand for commercial business in the metropolitan Philadelphia/South Jersey marketplace.

Our diverse portfolio includes: On Premise IT Hardware, Cloud Based Solutions, Cloud Managed LAN/WAN/SDN, Voice Over IP (VoIP) PBX Phone Systems, IP Security Cameras and Network Video Recorders, IP Based Door Access Control, Cloud Computing, On-Premise Servers, and IT Service contracts. Our products are manufactured by Global leaders in the industry.

We represent several major manufacturers including; Cisco, Meraki, Avaya, Samsung, Panasonic, Intermedia, Brivo, HikVision, and others. Product and sales training will be provided in house and by manufacturer.

Candidates must be familiar with technology, possess great people skills, clean driving record, and have the ability to work independently.

Compensation:

Starting $40K Base salary plus unlimited commission.

Training:

Candidate must have prior experience in outside sales, hunters only! We provide a Training program, demo equipment, and sales engineers to assist on calls.

Responsibilities Include:

Attain assigned monthly sales targets.

Strong work ethic and a passion for technology, people, and processes.

Emphasis on New Business Development. . .we provide an effective system targeting best opportunities with letters, phone scripts, voicemails, and visits.

Handle multiple priorities.

Approach each day with a keen sense of self-discipline and urgency.

Comprehend technology and how technology enables business productivity, efficiency and effectiveness

Commitment to planning key activities conducive to growth.

Take on the role of a true solution provider and trusted advisor to clients.

Effective use of time management skills

Effectively utilize provided technology to manage accounts (ACT CRM tool)

Identify customer pain points using effective questioning technique leading to a valued solution.

Prepare and deliver effective presentations to customers as needed

Key Working Relationships:

Reports directly to VP Sales

Collaborates closely with team members in sales as well as all technical departments.

Coordinate and utilize team as well as manufacturer's regional support.
