We are looking for telesales agents to make cold calls promoting our new book to a list of business owners and senior Marketing and Sales Executives.
Responsibilities
We will provide lists, a CRM/dialer, and a basic script that you can adapt to your style, as well as verbiage for a voice mail message, as well as a send-out. We are looking for two attempts per name, leaving a VM whenever possible. The script will describe the book we're offering and its benefits, as well as how the prospect can download/purchase it.
Qualifications
The agent must speak good English, be able to get through, establish rapport and credibility, describe what we're offering (the book), ask a few questions to uncover the prospect's relevant needs, position the book as a potential solution, build value, and close by giving interested prospects the appropriate link - as well as document their calls in our CRM, and follow-up if appropriate.
Productivity and efficiency are key, as we have a very large list. But there is significant bonus potential.
