TUV Rheinland OpenSky, Inc. seeks Vice President Sales & Customer Success for Information Security and IT Risk Management Services in Monmouth Junction, NJ.

Responsibilities: The Vice President Sales & Customer Success for Information Security and IT Risk Management Services is responsible for driving customer success, company strategy for revenue, profits, and growth by developing go to market (GTM) plans and execution strategies for Cybersecurity and IT Risk Management. An individual in this role will initiate, design, implement and execute GTM strategy for Cybersecurity and IT Risk Management. Create new partner relationships, new uniquely differentiated offerings in the service areas mentioned above, and make procedural changes in the company driven as needed to foster success and business growth. Design creative pricing models and multi-year cybersecurity engagements cutting across Service Lines (Competency) and geographies.

Review, create and manage quarterly and yearly sales plans, forecasts, pipeline generation, budgets, and reports to determine profitability, target attainment, course correction and strategic alignment. Work with Global COEs to drive business in Industrial Cybersecurity, Managed Threat Detection, and Operational Technology. Proficiently manage profit and loss effectively for indirect costs, marketing, and expenses. Define the optimal sales team size and skill-mix, presales team and skill mix, execution and operating model and processes. Change management and creating an organization for growth will be a requirement.

Direct and coordinate senior sales, engagement management, presales, consulting, and operations teams to enable customer success, internal goals and create sustainable client relationships. Manage budgets for the entire sales and marketing department including developing budgets and ensuring that the department adheres to established cost restrictions. Hire and develop new sales, engagement managers, service line leads and operations staff. Manage and drive external alliances to drive business growth. Work with Global Marketing team to help create and review marketing plans, collaterals, content and lead generation activities.

Work with Global legal and compliance team both internal and external to lead contract negotiations to closure. Collaborate with executives to drive metrics that align with organizational and employee goals, including but not limited to productivity, managing pipeline, closing deals, leading large RFPs and managing CXO relationships. May supervise 10-20 employees with roles in sales, strategy and delivery, including engagement managers and practice directors. Other duties as assigned. Domestic and international travel required 60-75% of the time to meet clients, internal teams, and manage the sales team. NOTE: This is a work from home opportunity.

Education: Master’s* degree in Business Administration or related field (or foreign equivalent).

Requirements: 2* years of experience in the job offered or related positions. Other special requirements include: 2 years of experience creating sales organizations, driving regional growth, hunting and farming for new sales, managing execution and presales teams, building go-to-market strategies, and corporate sales plans; 2 years of experience in managing, measuring, and evaluating sales team progress and managing key customer relationships for growth and closing strategic opportunities; 2 years of experience in all aspects of sales leadership, specifically managing sales tasks, sales forecasting, providing accurate sales reports, and measuring close ratio; 2 years of experience utilizing the following reference tools: SAP, Salesforce.com, Netsuite, Eloqua, and Microsoft; 2 years of experience selling large, multi-year, multi-competency/service line engagements with differentiated financial models and solutions to industry verticals like Manufacturing, Healthcare & Insurance, and Hi-Tech Verticals; 2 years of experience selling and handling contract negotiations around Security, Infrastructure, Risk and Consulting services to Fortune 100 companies; and Domestic and international travel required 60-75% of the time to meet clients, internal teams, and manage the sales team.

*In lieu of a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related positions, employer will accept candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration or related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related positions.
