Responsibilities:
Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and blowouts
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
Stay updated on current beauty trends, techniques, and products
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Promote salon services, packages, and retail products
Follow all salon policies, health guidelines, and safety standards
Work collaboratively with the salon team to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications:
Valid state cosmetology license
Experience in a salon environment (new graduates welcome depending on skillset)
