We are looking for a trainer for our private personal training studio. We try to be upfront about everything so here goes:
1)We pay $18-20 per session to start. Sessions are usually an hour.
2)Trainers are sub-contracted.
3)We do not currently offer health benefits
4)There is NOOOO selling involved. Our training managers sign our clients up and you simply train them.
5)The company will be building more studios and there is room for growth.
6)We are looking for part time, but also have plenty of ours available if someone wants to build a client base to do 40 to 50 sessions per week.
7)Some places pay more, but we keep our client costs down, so that we have plenty of hours available.
We do not have a high turnover rate. We have a family like atmosphere.
Mornings can start as early as 5 am if trainers like morning shifts. Being able to work in Haddonfield, Voorhees and Moorestown can build up your full book quicker since we have clients at all three studios.
