South Jersey Commercial Plumbing Company in business 25+ years seeking Plumbing Foremen. Applicants should be able to run all phases of Commercial Plumbing.
Responsibilities include all aspects of Plumbing Foreman's work but not limited to:
Work/Supervise/Mentor others in all phases of commercial plumbing.
Install new commercial plumbing according to blueprints and codes.
Lay out & install piping and set fixtures in all phases of below/above ground plumbing.
Regularly report project status to office including any issues/RFI's or incidents etc.
Lead by example; understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
3-5 years' experience in commercial plumbing preferred.
Valid driver’s license and hand tools required.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and review submittals.
Ability to handle physical workload (climbing ladders, hand digging trenches, carrying fixtures, and the use of lifts and/or excavators)
Strong troubleshooting, verbal communication and critical thinking skills.
