Synthetic turf is essentially high-quality outdoor carpet, we are looking for experienced carpet installers who are looking to branch out into a new and exciting industry, while still being able to utilize their current skills and knowledge.
We are a turnkey synthetic turf contractor in the South Jersey area. We install synthetic turf every day and nothing else.
We’re seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to join our growing team in the artificial turf industry. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to learn valuable installation skills in a fast-expanding field.
What We’re Looking For:
-A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
-Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
-Valid driver’s license
-A positive attitude and the drive to grow with the company
Preferred (but not required) Skills:
-Experience with general construction or landscaping
-Ability to drive a truck with a trailer
-Operating light machinery (e.g., skid steer)
-Previous exposure to artificial turf installation
