Candidates are required to have the following qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Lead Installer
- Be a motivated person who is a "self-starter"
- Experienced in replacing existing HVAC equipment (we do not install new construction).
- Proficient with installation for both gas and oil heating systems: hot air, hot water boilers, steam boilers, ductless air conditions, and heat pumps
- Must be reliable, professional with good work ethics
- A person who takes pride in their work
- Manage time efficiently
- Have a valid and clean driver's license
