LEAD HVAC INSTALLER FOR TOP PAY - MUST:
- Have at least 5+ years HVAC experience in residential and light commercial
- Be a motivated person who is a "self-starter"
- Experienced in replacement of existing HVAC equipment (we do not install new construction).
- Proficient with installation for both gas and oil heating systems - hot air, hot water boilers, steam boilers, ductless air conditions and heat pumps
- A person who takes pride in their work
- Manages their time efficiently
- Have a valid and clean driver's license
