Residential construction company looking to hire a SKILLED LEAD CARPENTERS. Offering full-time employment with PTO (Paid Time Off) and Holiday Pay with options for a retirement savings plan and health benefits. Applicants should have a valid driver's license and their own tools and transportation. Work vehicle preferred but not mandatory.
Applicant responsibilities to include:
-Assigning and explaining tasks to project team
-Communicating with clients, team members and office staff
-Calculate labor, time and materials
-Create and adjust project schedules
-Supervise field carpenters, labor staff and subcontractors
-Applicants should expect to be hands on in the field
-Be familiar with blueprints, or portions of blueprints as well as perform ALL carpentry duties.
-Maintain accurate records of work by project using team construction management software
-Applicants should be organized, confident to lead, have their own tools and a valid driver's license.
