We are seeking an experienced Punch-Out Carpenter to join our team for fire and water restoration projects. If you have expertise in restoration carpentry and are committed to delivering quality results in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team! The position will cover punch out carpentry work and emergency board up and water restoration services
Key Responsibilities:
Finishing Carpentry: Install doors, windows, trim, baseboards, moldings, and cabinetry as part of the restoration process.
Restoration Repairs: Handle detailed repairs following fire or water damage, including drywall patches, woodwork restoration, and structural adjustments.
Final Touch-ups: Ensure all repairs and installations meet quality standards and complete the project to client specifications.
Worksite Cleanup: Clean up and clear debris, ensuring spaces are ready for final inspection and handover to clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with restoration teams to complete projects on time, while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Experience in Fire & Water Restoration: Prior experience in restoration work is highly preferred.
Skilled Carpenter: Proficient in all aspects of punch-out carpentry, including door, window, and trim installation, as well as detailed finishing work.
Attention to Detail: Must have a keen eye for detail and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.
Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and project requirements.
Reliable: Must have dependable transportation and personal tools.
Safety Compliance: Understanding and adherence to safety regulations in restoration environments.
