What We’re Looking For:
- Carpentry Skills: Experience in carpentry is highly valued
- Bilingual Abilities: Proficiency in a second language is a plus but not required
- Attention to Detail: Ability to take precise measurements and ensure accuracy in installations
- Customer-Focused Attitude: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate measurements for window and door installations to ensure proper fit
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing window and door units
- Work collaboratively with the installation team to deliver high-quality service and craftsmanship
- Communicate with customers to explain service procedures, address concerns, and provide updates
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials to ensure readiness for each job
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with windows, doors, or related fields in the home renovation industry
- Strong understanding of tools, materials, and techniques used in measuring and installation
- Physical ability to lift and carry materials and tools as required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
