Looking for hard working people for a house flipping company that is starting into new home construction and septic installation. First must have your own vehicle and willing to travel to different parts of southern jersey, looking for all skill ranges but job duties are as followed, sitework and excavation, concrete flat work and poured walls (foundation) , septic installation and general labor. Equipment knowledge or cdl a plus. Year around work Monday-Friday on off days or rain days we will put you on one of our 100+ flip houses to do general labor and or carpentry and remodel work if your able to insure you get your hrs. 40ish hrs mandatory and 50 max, overtime over 40 paid holidays and vacation time.
