Position Overview:
We are seeking a Skilled Carpenter with hands-on experience in residential remodeling and construction. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of carpentry work including framing, trim, cabinetry, flooring, and general remodeling tasks
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project timelines
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of carpentry or remodeling experience
Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in residential construction
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
