Key responsibilities:
Dispatch and coordinate drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
Maintain and review driver logs for accuracy and compliance
Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to provide updates and resolve issues
Keep schedules and routes organized for maximum efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
Qualifications:
Experience with dispatching is required
Strong multitasking skills is a must
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle fast paced environments and problem solve under pressure
