Now hiring Independent Contractors for On-Call for Grocery Delivery in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area! Weekends needed!
Capstone Logistics is looking for ON CALL Drivers with their own vehicles for Grocery deliveries to residences in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area. We serve approximately a 30 mile radius. Drivers will be expected to deliver 2-4 orders per hour (this is dependent on vehicle size) from Store to Door. No Shopping! No unattended Deliveries! All deliveries are Local! The desired candidates must meet all the basic job requirements. Owner Operators encouraged to apply!
Location: Philadelphia/South Jersey area
Shift Open: On-call
Hours: 9am-7pm
Pay: 8.50 per delivery (Contractor is guaranteed a minimum of 14 orders per shift) + Tips, plus On-Call incentives
Providing Excellent Customer Service is a must!
Easy Requirements
18 years of age or older
A valid driver’s license and current insurance
A CLEAN Motor Vehicle Report
Ability to meet vehicle requirements (Driver must be listed on vehicle Insurance)
Must have and be able to use a smartphone
Heavy Lifting required daily
All vendors will operate their own delivery vehicle. Stable routes and pay.
No call/no shows, Call-outs with no coverage will result in termination.

Fees: All IC’s are subject to various Start-up/standard industry deductions. A few examples highlighted below.

On average, Fees can go up to/beyond $40/week per I/C.
