Help monitor effectiveness of the process for the Quality Council and provide meaningful insights that can help decision making and evaluation of the quality of a service/capability.
Work with ITSM process owners to help gather insights and meaningful deep dives to support the IT Quality Metrics
Help run reports on a monthly to support the approved metrics for the T3 IT Quality Council
Support in coordinating with SMEs to ensure alignment on the Metrics and supporting slides for both IT Quality Councils.
Assist in maintaining IT processes/guidelines/protocols in support of health authority inspections.
Support capabilities and tools for managing inspection requests, responses, and actions.
Help ensure timely support for IT requests for information in support of HA Inspections.
Help ensure effective and on time remediation of IT related HA CAPAs through the Health Authority Inspection Remediation Governance framework.
Assist in establishing Quality Metrics and reporting framework to provide insights for Quality Council
Support collaboration with Global Quality to provide HA Inspection support for IT.
Assist in providing information from CMDB, PDHQ and DOCIT to support Inspection requests
Help coordinate with PPM team on a bi-weekly to discuss any changes on the Project reports that's extracted from ServiceNow. Discuss any new process improvements and coordinate it with ITQM Leads.
Connect with GPM team to improvise and align on metrics identified for the T2 IT Quality Council
Help follow up with EIM team on a weekly to ensure there are no roadblocks to deliver the automated ITLT Dashboard. Involve SMEs to answer any questions related to the process or data source.
Help facilitate the ITQMITQA Governance meeting on a monthly.
Additional Job Details:
Candidates must be located in New Jersey - the role begins remote; however, could be called into office at any of the New Jersey locations.
This is full time, M-F, 9:00am - 5:00pm Great opportunity for continuous learning and high visibility with key stakeholders.
Industry experience within Life Sciences or Healthcare highly preferred.
