Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HRIS Analyst in Teaneck, New Jersey. This role involves maintaining our HRIS systems, developing business intelligence reports, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical support for our HR function. This position is a cornerstone in our team, combining both technical expertise and a keen understanding of HR processes.Responsibilities: Serve as a technical point of contact for designated HRIS products, providing ongoing support and maintenance. Develop and maintain system processes, procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Manage HR data and reporting, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize HRIS functionality and usability. Build, test, recommend, and implement changes in collaboration with Human Resources, Payroll, IT, and other relevant departments. Coordinate with vendors on system issues, enhancements, or new configurations; manage and work to completion outstanding support tickets as assigned. Maintain HRIS security, system configuration, and integrations. Participate in HRIS-related projects to streamline and improve efficiency and effectiveness. Manage permissions, access, personalization, and settings for users. Review HRIS workflow daily to ensure timely processing of employee changes and liaise with payroll for seamless processing. Work with SMEs to produce and review audit reports to confirm accuracy and integrity of all data. Maintain documentation on integration and ensure any exceptions are reviewed and corrected. Build and manage HRIS integration with all 3rd party applications. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS Analysis Proficiency in using HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems Experience working with HRIS Payroll System Ability to conduct HRIS reporting Familiarity with UltiPro HRIS Knowledge and understanding of HRIS System Experience using iCIMS Demonstrated ability to work with Ceridian software Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
