Generate Reverse Mortgage submissions through effective prospecting of mortgage brokers
Manage, maintain and grow relationships with existing partners
Source and prospect new, qualified partners on an on-going basis, and assist in the submission of required documentation for approval with Longbridge Financial
Assist in the management and oversight of the loan pipeline for all partners, ensuring appropriate productivity and service levels are achieved
Work closely with TPO Channel Leader to develop appropriate growth strategies for the Channel by targeting high quality originators as prospects, and then executing in a manner that insures timely approvals and the realization of a majority share of their HECM business.
Work closely with Partner Support Specialist to provide the highest levels of support and service for each partner
Maintain current knowledge of industry happenings and stay up to date with any new guidelines/regulations that may impact our partners.
Effectively communicate with internal and external contacts in a professional and timely manner
- 2+ years of experience within the reverse mortgage industry, specifically within the area of Sales
- Strongly preferred working knowledge of ReverseVision LOS system
- Intense self-motivation and goals orientation is required
- Strong industry knowledge and awareness of the competitive environment
- Operations knowledge is considered as beneficial to fulfilling the role and responsibilities
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with positive attitude
