Description We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team located in Warren, New Jersey. As an HR Manager, you will be involved in various HR functions such as employee relations, compliance, compensation administration, and performance management. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. This role will be a hybrid onsite schedule (3 days a week). Experience out of medium to large-sized organizations is required.Responsibilities: Provide HR support to assigned areas throughout the employee life cycle process Collaborate with HRBP’s to support key HR processes across relevant business functions Manage a range of employee life-cycle matters including exit process, transfer, performance cycle, promotion cycle, and maintaining employee records Assist in the development of job descriptions and other organizational designs for assigned areas Evaluate and develop HR processes during the employee cycle, engaging stakeholders Maintain and manage employee files Review and design the workforce plan for talent pipeline requirements in line with function or business strategy Deliver talent needs across regions to enhance top talent utilization and retention Oversee local new hire onboarding and practices, partnering with hiring managers to ensure an effective orientation and assimilation Serve as the designated SPOC for execution of new hire and manager for assigned client groups in partnership with Talent Acquisition Utilize HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors HCM for various HR functions including benefit functions and employee performance management.Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of Human Resources. Proficiency in HRMS (Human Resource Management System). Experience with Benefit Functions such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. Expertise in Compensation Administration including payroll, bonuses, and salary structure. Strong understanding of Compliance with labor laws and employment standards. Experience in managing Employee Relations such as conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement. Knowledge and experience in HR Compliance and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on HR laws and regulations. Experience in Employee Performance Management including performance reviews, feedback, and improvement plans. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors HCM software. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity. Demonstrated ability to strategize and implement HR initiatives that align with the organization’s goals. Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
