Develop and provide strategic direction for regulatory governance, compliance, systems, and business performance.
Advise Regulatory and senior management on issues relating to regulatory policies and product labelling.
Interface with senior leaders the businesses to develop, implement, and maintain policies and standards.
Engage with Regulatory Authorities in area impacting regulatory policy and labelling standards and polices directly or collectively through professional organizations / associations.
Analyze changes to key Regulatory Authorities’ policies relating to drug labelling and recommend/coordinate modifications of current practices, as appropriate.
Act as primary Global Regulatory representative, including the Global Regulatory Committee and Regulatory Safety Committee, engaging other staff as appropriate.
Be responsible for business representation for all internal and external regulatory inspections or audits that involve Labelling processes and/or personnel.
Define compliance and performance metrics to ensure Global Labelling is meeting and exceeding standards.
Line manage staff engaged in governance, compliance, systems, and business performance.
Act as approver for documentation and systems that impact compliance with relevant regulatory requirements or regulations.
Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree.
Pharmaceutical industry experience with drug development and regulatory requirements.
Line leadership experience.
Experience with scientific data interpretation and labelling content.
Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
MS, PharmD, PhD.
The ability to influence effectively in a matrix.
Experience with OTC and Consumer Healthcare.
Highly developed interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with established internal and external networks.
