Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades and maintenance.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
Provide support to end-users and troubleshoot technical issues and provide functional expertise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

3+ years of experience with as ServiceNow administrator/developer or a business analyst.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and functionality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
