Looking for someone with QuickBooks Experience
Must have a minimum of five years of experience in QuickBooks. Be able to reconcile, job cost, P&;L, integrate with CRM software etc. Looking to hire immediately!
Must have construction experience on Quickbooks. You will need to know about sub-pay apps and progress billing.

Fiscal budgeting knowledge
Business development
Account reconciliation
Confidential document control
Process 941,940, Workers’ comp
Reconcile and prepare for annual tax filing.
Review purchase documents and company receipts
Prepare accurate monthly financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
Process payments and set up payment plans.
Review vendor invoices and expense reports, identifying discrepancies.
Maintain a current understanding of state and federal accounting procedures to prevent legal or compliance issues.
Must be able to do payroll on a weekly basis on Quickbooks
Must be able to provide purchase orders for ordering
In charge of ordering and job costing all material and labor
Be able to supply weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Must be able to understand and apply taxes to all customer quotes
collect payments on a daily and submit payments.
