Morgan's Constructive Solutions, LLC (DBA Sandia Mountain Solar) is a General and Solar Construction company that is licensed as a general, electrical, and mechanical contractor. We work throughout the state of New Mexico for residential and commercial clients.
Our construction services include but are not limited to bathroom and kitchen remodeling, decks, doors and windows, flooring installations, civil dirt work, and site layouts.
Our Solar Systems services include but are not limited to grid-tied, off-grid, battery back-up, carports, ground mounts, and roof-mounted (flat and pitched). We also provide service for systems we did not install.
Currently we are looking for a part time Construction Bookkeeper they would be responsible for the following:
Entering Credit Card Receipts
Enter Employees Time
Reconciling Credit Card Statements
Reconciling the bank account
Process Payroll every two weeks
Accounts Payable to be processed 2x a month
Be responsible for tracking and paying State and Federal Taxes
Accounts receivables
Other bookkeeping duties as necessary
An ideal candidate should have reliable transportation, be familiar with QuickBooks Desktop, as well as construction accounting practices and be available Monday through Friday, 10-20 hours a week.
$25.00+/hour to start Based on experience
