Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Entry level bookkeeping for commercial general contractor including the following minimum requirements:

High school diploma or GED, with an associate degree in accounting being beneficial.

Proficiency in accounting software like Sage, QuickBooks, Etc.

Exhibit attention to detail and accuracy in recording financial transactions.

Organization skills to manage and categorize financial data efficiently.

Mathematical skills and understanding of basic arithmetic to calculate figures accurately.

Data entry skills for precise input of financial information into computer systems.

Communications skills for clear communication with colleagues and clients regarding financial information.

Other desirable qualifications:

Basic understanding of accounting principles,

Experience with spreadsheet software (like Excel)

Ability to learn new technology quickly

Time management skills to meet deadlines

Analytical skills to interpret financial data.
