Full time Bookkeeper position available
Responsibilities:
Understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles and current practices
Data input-double entry accounting
Experience in filing and reconciling Gross receipts and payroll (941, 940's, w-2, DWS, GRT, WWT)
Bank reconciliations.
Filing and copying
Answering phones
Qualifications:
10-key calculator
Experience 2 years or more
Must be willing to take a background check.
Familiarity with word and excel.
Looking for someone with the ability to prioritize and multitask with strong organizational skills.
Must be detail oriented (Accuracy is critical)
