Must be extremely detailed oriented and able to do more then one thing at a time. If you can't do more then one thing at a time, this job isn't for you. You will be wearing many hats, at the same time representing our company to our clients and people coming in.
A typical day is, answering phones, welcoming clients or new clients, being asked questions all at the same time, and learn how to prioritize those tasks all at the same time and still maintain a professional demeanor.
You must be able to work alone, and be motivated to look for things to be done when working alone.
Must have clear written handwriting, able to do math without a calculator in a pinch.
Understand what a credit and a debt is. Know how to balance accounts when asked.
How to do invoicing and payables.
Resume without any mistakes will be required. References will be checked.
