Essential Job Functions:
Enter new projects, manage budgets, change order processing and validation of project information
Read and access Construction contracts
Request Certificates of Insurance, bid bonds or performance bonds as needed
File all required preliminary lien paperwork and execute all lien releases
Prepare monthly billings in accordance with contract requirements
Support month-end and year-end close activities including the preparation of supporting schedules and work-papers
Special projects as assigned
Prepare job cost reports
Requirements:
Three to five years of experience in project accounting
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel functions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer Service focused mindset
