Busy financial services firm is looking for a full time associate to work with financial advisors and clients. Experience is not necessary but preferred. Licenses are not required but applicant must be willing to get licensed if they are not already. Duties, will include, but are not limited to: greeting clients, answering phones, opening and transferring accounts, preparing new account and existing account paperwork, assisting clients with their requests, assisting advisors prepare for meetings. You will be required to learn multiple computer programs and work independently. If you are not self-motivated and interested in continually learning this is not the position for you.
