Looking for an individual who is self-motivated to be successful. This person must have 5 years’ experience with both bath installs (acrylic, tile, and solid service materials) and window installs. A knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical is required. Strong problem-solving skills are required for this job. The right person for this job will be organized and be able to track multiple customers.
· Run day to day operations
· Work with 1099 installers ensuring jobs run smoothly
· Ability to work with W2 employees and control OT
· Must be able to follow company procedures and policies
· Ability to use Excell (basic understanding of program)
· Computer literacy (Basic skills required)
· Must be able to build a team and create a positive culture
· Oversee implementation of polices to drive customer satisfaction
· Responsible for job profitability, job cost, budgeting
· Recruit, hire, train teams based off business needs
· Evaluate and monitor the performance of teams and quality of jobs
· Ensure safety standards are implemented
