Our company is offering a fast-paced, high-growth potential position as a PROJECT MANAGER.
As a Project Manager, this role will be responsible for project management of various Commercial/Residential jobs while providing excellent customer experiences.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a high level of customer service. Keep a fluid level of communication with clients, while striving to achieve an exceptional experience with customers
Attend scheduled meetings (prepared and well-versed in job detail)
Schedule crews and resources for all remodeling jobs to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction throughout and within completion
Properly documenting all jobs status, Budget Management - revenue goals, gross profit margin, etc.
Need to know how to read plans/blueprints
Need to be able to work with lots of different personalities, and be able to manage each personality respectfully and professionally.
QUALIFICATIONS
Construction experience MUST!
Experience in Management /Supervision is preferred to maximize success
Project Management and Scheduling experience is required
Read and Understand Blueprints
Exceptional budget management experience with strong attention to detail
Provide exceptional customer service experiences within every job
Microsoft Office experience a Plus!
Great communication skills within and outside the organization
Ability to adapt and be a strategic thinker
Independent and Organized are key traits in this role
Bilingual a PLUS!
