A-1 Self Storage is seeking a Highly Motivated Individual for a Self Storage Resident Manager Position in Albuquerque, NM.
Employee must live on site, full time in company 2 bedroom residence that can accommodate up to 3 adults; per fire code.
Apartment included at a minimal $50 a month fee; to include utilities!

QUALIFICATIONS
Prior Self-Storage experience not necessary, but is a plus!
Applicant must have exceptional people skills, always show professionalism and integrity, and represent our company is if it were their own.
Organized with attention to detail and follow-through a must; with a positive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills (proficient in Excel, Word, Email)
Must be able to multi-task with the ability to adapt to unexpected situations
Must have own transportation, valid US driver's license, valid car registration, and current car insurance
High School Diploma requiredNO EXCEPTIONS
Hours: Monday through Friday; 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing all onsite operations
Collect rent and resolve delinquent accounts
Prepare rental agreements
Daily cleaning of property to provide great curb appeal to include pulling weeds; picking up trash; etc. A clean property is a must.
Other duties as assigned
