Service - scheduling appointments
Full-time hiring immediately, must be able to work M-F-S
Communicate directly with customers over the phone to provide the best possible level of service and satisfaction, make service appointments. Know basic computer skills.
Listen and ask questions to direct customers to the proper department.
Provide administrative assistance to the Service Department.
Maintain a clean area.
Must have excellent phone, written and verbal skills with an attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High School degree or equivalent
Must pass drug test and background
