This is a full-time temporary position from approximately April 1, 2025 - November 30m 2025

Farmworkers/Laborers
Duties:
Farm Workers and Laborers: Manually plant, cultivate, prune, harvest, transplant and harvest alfalfa and oats. Use hand tools, such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, and knives. Use of farm equipment machinery like tractor, harvester, or forklift.
Duties may include tilling soil and applying organic fertilizers; transplanting, weeding, thinning, or pruning crops; applying natural or organic pest control; cleaning, packing, and loading harvested products. May also construct trellises, repair fences and farm buildings, or participate in drip, sprinkler, or flood irrigation activities.
Observe, study and patrol soil health treat where needed. While we aim for consistent work hours, the nature of the job will require some very early morning and some late nights.

Tools:
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job.
Job Locations:

Housing:
Employer will provide housing at no cost to the H-2A worker and US workers will be required to stay in employee housing.Housing located in Moriarty, NM
Transportation:
Each day, the employer will provide transportation between the place where the employer has provided housing to the actual work site and back. Transportation will be without cost to the worker(s).
