Description We are searching for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruiting for various positions within the company, responding to unemployment claims, ensuring compliance with EEOC and OSHA guidelines, and handling employee relations and disciplinary actions. Responsibilities: Manage recruitment processes for all positions within the company, both locally and out-of-town for management positions. Conduct reference checks and driver's license investigations for all final applicants. Responsible for evaluating and reviewing tests for Manager Trainees. Respond to all unemployment claims promptly to meet all deadlines. Handle all employee accident reports and conduct internal investigations as needed. Ensure compliance with EEOC guidelines and handle all EEOC cases that are filed against the company. Ensure the company operates within OSHA guidelines. Advise department supervisors on disciplinary matters and participate in counseling sessions as requested. Handle all DOT regulations, maintain and update necessary files, and conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance.
