Gruet Winery TR Warehouse Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work with Manager to coordinate deliveries to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time to tasting room locations and accounts.
Responsible for working with fulfillment Manager to ensure all processing, assembling and pick up of wine club, employee, non-profit, online, donations and samples are completed accurately and on time.
Responsible for inventory of all shipping supplies and reporting to Manager
Responsible for working with fulfillment Manager and TR staff to complete all shipping orders
Responsible for reporting, tracking and overseeing shipping issues and returns
Manage entry, fulfillment and pick up/shipping of all samples
Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels by performing accurate transfers, order fulfillment and monthly inventory counts in point of sale and accounting systems.
Work closely with the Regional and Inventory Manager to ensure deliveries for wine events are completed in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure that products are properly packed, stored and transported to avoid any damage to wine or products
Provide outstanding service to and ensure customer satisfaction
Make last minute order adjustment as requested by customers
Respond to delivery related inquiries and concerns from customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of wine area storage and shipping area.
Assist with sales, events and building account relationships as a member of the Direct to Consumer Sales Team
Ideal candidate will have:
Strong written and verbal communication, organization and interpersonal skills
Have the ability to work in varying facility locations
Handle and transport product safely
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Have a clean driving record
Ability to operate a forklift
The applicant must be flexible, professional, highly motivated, and must be able to manage multiple responsibilities and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Must also enjoy working in a team environment and be solution oriented.
