Description Local company is need of a temp receptionist to March 14th from 1-5pm and March 15th from 8am-3pmWe currently have a short-term contract / temporary opening for an intelligent, highly-skilled Receptionist in a growing company. This progressive and creative company offers a multi-faceted work environment with fulfilling challenges and is based in the Albuquerque, New Mexico region. Are you a motivated self-starter who can handle multiple projects at once with a smile? Then this Receptionist position would be a great fit for you.Major responsibilities
Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures
Answering all incoming phone calls
Greeting visitors
Put in orders for office and kitchen supplies
Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
Manage various office files and provide general office filing support
Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support
Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
Requirements - Great attention to detail
Incoming phone call management skills desired
Upbeat, smart, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
Strong time management and organizational skills
Receptionist Duties experience desired
Proficiency in Email Correspondence
Command of data entry
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
