Mila’s Mesa Private Chef Services and Catering & Events is now hiring! From small family dinners to milestone events, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and weddings, Mila's Mesa is providing upscale and unique culinary experiences for modern-minded New Mexican's and visitors alike. Serving up elevated Latin, Regional Southwestern & New American cuisine, Mila's Mesa is quickly becoming the Albuquerque and Santa Fe area special events go-to. We are currently seeking the following applicants:
Server
- Superb customer service
- Passion for hospitality
- Fantastic work ethic
- Excellent oral communication skills required
- Great interpersonal skills
- Must be able to speak and write English fluently
- New Mexico Food Handler certification
Event Chefs/Prep Chefs/Line Cooks
- 2+ years as a chef in a restaurant or related field, or 6 months enrolled in a culinary program.
- Efficiently prepares menu based on specific event needs
- Works well with minimal supervision
- Maintains clean and organized work space
- New Mexico Food Handler certification within 30 days of hire

- Willing to work a flexible schedule- Saturday availability a MUST!
- Clean and professional appearance
- Fast mover who is intuitive and a problem solver
- Follows direction and executes
- May be required to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to speak and write English fluently
