There are no regional/general managers and the owner is solely responsible for this 1 restaurant. At this time we are looking for 1 highly qualified individual who is interested in becoming an executive director at Cottonwood Chick-fil-A to work in tandem with the owner/operator.This job offers 401k, health benefits, PTO, and bonus opportunities. If you are interested in owning your own Chick-fil-A some day this is the perfect way to get the experience and training you need to ace your interviews and gain an operator recommendation.Minimum Requirements:- Must have 3 years minimum of work experience- Must have 2 years minimum of leadership experience- Must have the availability to close 3 nights per week- Must work 40 hours per week- Must have a resume- Should have at least 1 letter of recommendation- Should submit a 1 page document describing why they wish to join Chick-fil-ACandidates must be willing to work in operations, on their feet, and be proficient at closing and opening procedures. Candidates must have exceptional leadership skills and have the administrative and organizational skills to manage people and programs.
