Food Service Worker, At the Award-Winning Thunderbird Dining facility located on Kirtland Air force Base operated by Vick's Vittles. Must be available for at least 2 shifts per week, Approximate times are: shift one 2 -3 days a week 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. Shift two 2-3 day a week 10:45am to 7::30 pm, part time shift vary on shifts. You must be able to work both mornings and afternoons as needed for full time. This is a Cafeteria Style operation with a snack line. The ability to be flexible will get you more hour opportunities. 30 to 40 hours a week Over time as needed. We also have one position from 6:30 pm to 1:30 am same job description 40 % of time as Cashier.
Must be able to past a background check to obtain a base entry pass. must be able to show up to work on time every time! positive attitude and the ability to follow orders and procedures is a must. Starting positions is a Food service worker and starts at: $16.20 plus $4.57 per Hour total of $20.77 per hour up to 40 hours a week. As you progress you can move up to other positions.4
Job Duties: serving food on a cafeteria line, cleaning equipment and lines worked, Cashier, Food Prep, Stocking, sweeping and moping, Dishwashing, Pots and pans, deep cleaning facility, cross training. are some of the job duties that you will learn and work depending on positions stationed and shift worked. this is an entry level position and the ability to advance is up to your speed of learning each position and ability to work the shifts needed.
