Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and attentive Server to provide excellent customer service and guide our guests through our unique culinary offerings. You will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere for our diners.

Since tipping is typically a percentage of the total bill, a high-cost menu naturally leads to higher tip amounts per table.
Simple math: A 20% tip on a $40 casual dining bill is $8. The same 20% tip on an $80 sushi restaurant bill is $16, double the amount for the same number of customers.
Menu details: Mention that sushi restaurants offer more than just rolls. High-value menu items like sashimi, expensive cuts of fish, and premium sake can increase the final bill, which increases tips.

Plenty of available shifts: Our large number of restaurants across Albuquerque ensures there are usually shifts available to pick up if needed.
Shifts are 11:30-4PM and 4-close (9PM)
