Salt and Board is locally owned, scratch based charcuterie restaurant located across from UNM. We are looking for line cooks who have a passion for flavor, presentation and attention to detail.

We specialize in serving charcuterie boards with heavy emphasis on cured meats and cheeses, gourmet toasts and pressed sandwiches as well as weekend brunch. We prepare ingredients from scratch via sous vide, curing, pickling, jam making, etc.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

- High attention to detail cooking and plating

- Candidate will be a 'foodie' type person with high attention to detail and a refined palate

- Ability to lead by example in every area of the kitchen

- Strong focus on kitchen structure, cleanliness, and efficiency
