Indigo Crow Cafe is seeking a professional well seasoned restaurant manager to run a very busy restaurant.
Must have the skills to handle day-to-day restaurant operations, leadership skills, aware of safety regulations, handle scheduling, know POS systems, must have vast knowledge on Open Table reservation system.
Must have excellent customer service skills, promote a synergy between front and back of house for a cohesive unit.
Empower staff members to perform to the best of their abilities. Create strong teams that support each other.
Continual training on table service, wine and spirts presentation.
Must pay close attention to detail on how the restaurant presents itself daily.
Looking for someone with charisma and great presence.
