Qualifications/Skills/Physical Requirements:
Must enjoy coffee!
Proven track record of achieving results through people
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in high-volume, full service or fast casual restaurant management.
Flexible availability to include AM/PM, weekend shifts, and holidays.
Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent business and financial acumen.
The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
The ability to motivate and manage staff.
High level of organization, attention to detail and follow through.
The ability to stand for long periods.
The ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift to 30 lbs. while on shift.
The ability to withstand frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidly, and extreme cold.
