M'tucci's Restaurants is seeking a Scheduling and Facilities FOH Manager to join our team. As the Service Manager, your primary focus is ensuring our guests have an amazing experience. You are responsible for managing all aspects of the hourly staff's performance, from ensuring company standards are upheld and practiced, to interacting with guests. This is a leadership role that requires a genuine love for guests satisfaction, a sharp eye for detail and excellent people skills. 4 days a week with 12 hour shifts
Sunday availability preferred
Weekly 1 hour manager meetings Tuesday Afternoon that alternate from in-person/zoom each week
Work Location: All shifts will be at M'tucci's Bar Roma, although some administrative work can be done at home.
