We are a busy well established dental office in Albuquerque looking for an exceptional Dental Assistant to join our team. We are a private office that prides ourselves on excellent patient care and want someone to join our team that does as well. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is driven, willing to learn, has a passion for dentistry and wants to contribute to the success of the practice. We are offering a full time position. We offer PTO, paid holidays, retirement plan, and dental benefits after 90 days.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform sterilization and disinfection procedures, as well as routine maintenance of dental operatories and equipment
Assist doctor in day-to-day dental procedures and be able to explain treatment to patients
Establish trust and good relationships with patients
Establish retention and patient loyalty through exceptional communication
Collaborate with a team, exercise every opportunity to improve processes and contribute to the success of the practice.
Our Schedule is Monday-Thursday 7:45am -5:00pm. Fridays 7:45am-2:00pm
