Minimum/ education/ experience: 3 years experience in a medical office and customer service required. High school diploma and some college
Compensation: Starting pay $12/ hour; a raise will be given after 3 months of good performance. Opportunity for additional increase with satisfactory work ethic

Summary:
Customer/ patient care needed for front desk including: scheduling appointments, proficient communicator and telephone services, collect co-pays and co-insurance amounts, financial arrangements, patient healthcare resolution and support, coordination of treatment monitoring, insurance coordination and identifying coding concerns with providers and patients. Demonstrates skills for excellent customer service by listening first and then responding with accurate information. Time management required and ability to establish priorities in a busy office setting. Maintain and foster a professional relationship with patients and co-workers.
Soft Skills:
PC literate in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
confident with learning patient management software (Eclipse)
Effective communication skills both verbal and written
Medical terminology
