Accounting Principals has partnered with an established company in the healthcare industry seeking to fill 2-3 Customer Service Representative roles in NW Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate will enjoy assisting others, comfortable on the phones and be able to commit to a 2-3 month temporary job. The positions may turn temp-to-hire. Pay will be $13.00 per hour. Responsibilities:
- Providing information and answer any questions clients may have
- Resolve problems that arise
- Make appropriate changes to account in system
- Data entry and general paperwork
- Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction

Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong communication
- A friendly and helpful attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking capability
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Excellent attendance and punctuality, is a must!
Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Temporary 2-3 months possible Temp-to-Hire
