Job Title: Business Development Case Manager
(Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available)
Job Overview:
Gen Next Homecare Services is seeking compassionate, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our team as Business Development Case Managers. This role supports Tribal ALTCS members through both virtual and in-person services. We offer flexible scheduling, and a family-oriented work environment grounded in our “Personalized and Compassionate Care” model.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Tribal ALTCS member enrollment for attendant care services
Provide training and support for family caregiver
Conduct weekly virtual check-ins and care oversight for members
Perform in-home visits to Tribal ALTCS members (Navajo Nation)
Conduct site visits related to Tribal ALTCS Case Management (Navajo Nation)
Supervise member care plans via virtual platforms
Qualifications:
Proficient in computer use, including video conferencing tools, email, and standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Reliable transportation is required for site visits, home visits, errands, and community outings
Knowledge of Navajo culture, language, and relevant laws/regulations is essential
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
