Certified Medication Aide and/or CMA
Retreat Healthcare is looking for a Certified Medication Aide or an agency Med Tech to join our dynamic team of dementia care experts.
Experience with interpersonal relationships, working with families, or providing services for seniors. Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight time frames in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prepares and administers medications within scope of practice.
Documents the right medication to the right resident at the right time in the right dosage by the right route.
Makes certain that observations are made prior to and after medications as indicated.
Inventory medications, on designated forms, as they arrive.
Interface and coordinate with other members of the care team, family members and care partners.
Present a professional, patient and calm demeanor to the residents.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $17.00 to $18.50 per hour starting
